By creating an account or participating in any Draw, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

- “Entry” or “Ticket” means a valid entry into a Draw.
- “Tasks” means voluntary actions that may earn Entries.

You may only participate if:
- You are 18 years of age or older;
- You are a legal resident of the United Kingdom;
- You hold a valid account in your own name;
- You comply with these Terms at all times.
We may require verification of age, identity, and residency before awarding any prize.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are:
- Ineligible;
- Fraudulent;
- Duplicated;
- Misused; or
- In breach of these Terms.
Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of AdWin Tech Ltd are not eligible.
3. Free to Enter – No Purchase Necessary
AdWin is entirely free to use.
- No purchase, payment, subscription, donation, or consideration is required.
- Entries are not sold.
- No paid mechanism increases chances of winning.
- All valid Entries have an equal chance of being selected.
Entry routes:
- Voluntary in-app Tasks; or
- Free postal entry (Section 6).
AdWin operates as a free promotional prize draw service and is not a gambling, betting, or lottery operator.
4. Tasks & Entry Mechanics
4.1 Voluntary Nature
Tasks are voluntary actions that support advertising revenue, which funds prize pools and potential charitable contributions.
We may introduce, amend, suspend, or remove Tasks at our discretion.
Ticket values (typically 10-20 per Task unless otherwise displayed) are shown in-app and may vary.
4.2 Third-Party Survey Tasks
Certain Tasks may involve participation in surveys or questionnaires operated by independent third-party research providers.
Participation is optional. You may be redirected externally.
We:
- Do not control survey content;
- Do not determine survey qualification;
- Do not guarantee survey availability.
Entries awarded for survey participation may be provisional until validated by the provider.
Survey providers may:
- Reject responses;
- Reverse rewards;
- Withhold credit for invalid, inconsistent, or fraudulent participation.
We reserve the right to remove Entries and suspend accounts where misuse is detected.
4.3 Survey Matching Data
To match users with survey opportunities, we may share limited demographic information including:
- Age range
- Gender
- Postcode region
- Device type
- Participation profile
We do not share:
- Full postal addresses
- Email credentials
- Passwords
- Payment details
- Identity documentation
Survey providers act as independent data controllers for survey responses collected within their platforms.
Declining surveys does not affect postal entry eligibility.
5. Entry Validation & Fraud Prevention
Entries may be invalidated if:
- Generated via automated means;
- Associated with multiple accounts;
- Linked to inconsistent demographic information;
- Connected to suspected fraudulent activity.
We reserve sole discretion in determining the validity of Entries.

Send by ordinary first- or second-class post:
- Full name
- Full UK postal address
- Registered AdWin email
- “Free Prize Draw Entry – [Draw name/date]”

- One postal entry per person per calendar week.
- Must arrive at least 24 hours before the Draw closing time.
- Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

Postal Entries are treated equally to Task-based Entries.
7. Active Status
A user is “Active” if they:
- Log in; and
- Complete at least one Task between 00:00–23:59 UK time (or before 20:00 on Draw day).
8. Referrals & Incentives
Users may refer up to 9 friends.
Referral Entries are awarded only when both users are Active on the same day.
Badges, streaks, or boosts may increase Entries but:
- Are not guaranteed;
- May change or be removed;
- Do not alter random winner selection.
Fraudulent referral activity may result in removal of Entries and suspension.
9. Draws Operation
Draws may occur daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Entries are automatically applied.
- Tickets expire once the relevant Draw concludes.
- Winners are selected using a verifiable random process.
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a Draw in cases of technical failure, fraud, or force majeure.
10. Prizes
Prizes may include:
- Cash ;
- Vouchers;
- Experiences;
- Other goods.
Prizes are non-transferable and awarded “as is.”
We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Unclaimed or forfeited prizes may be redrawn or donated to charity.
11. Winner Notification
Winners are notified within 48 hours.
Winners must respond within 7 days and provide requested verification.
Failure to comply may result in forfeiture.
12. Platform Non-Affiliation
All Draws are operated and sponsored solely by AdWin Tech Ltd.
Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors, administrators, or associated with any Draw.
By participating, users release Apple Inc. and Google LLC from any claims relating to any Draw.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, software, and materials within the Platform are owned by or licensed to AdWin Tech Ltd.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit Platform content without prior written consent.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdWin excludes liability for:
- Technical failures;
- Service interruptions;
- Data loss beyond reasonable control;
- Indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where prohibited by law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdWin from claims arising from your misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
16. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.
Unused Entries are forfeited upon closure.
17. Complaints

We aim to respond within 28 days.
18. Responsible Participation
Participation is restricted to persons aged 18+.
We encourage responsible use.
19. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure due to events beyond our reasonable control.
20. Severability

21. Changes

22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
